Lawrence (Larry) Costello is a Managing Director of
McBassi & Company. He is also Founder and Managing Director
of The Lawrence Bradford Group, an affiliate of BSG Partners and McBassi.
Larry consults on a variety of issues and topics, providing human capital solutions to business opportunities and needs. Current clients represent industrial, consumer products and private equity interests. The projects include transformational, operational and human resource development activity. He also provides executive coaching to "C" level executives.
Before joining McBassi, he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources for American Standard Companies/Trane, and previously served in the same position for the Campbell Soup Company. Before that, he worked at PepsiCo Inc., where he was Vice President of Human Resources in PepsiCo Foods International, North American Van Lines and Frito Lay, and was subsequently a partner in HRC Consultants specializing in organizational effectiveness. During each of these assignments had added responsibility in business general management, strategic planning, and operational assignments.
Among his many industry and academic affiliations, Larry is also a board advisor of LJH Linley Capital and Sky-Trax Inc. He also acts as a visiting professor and board advisor to Rutgers University's Center for Human Resources Strategy School of Management & Labor Relations and Boston University's School of Management.
Larry is currently writing a book entitled CEOs Leading HR.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business and finance administration from Rider College (NJ) and attended the Harvard PMD program.
