Sandra Chavez, Project Manager
Sandra Chavez serves as a project manager for major implementations
of the McBassi People Index®.
Ms. Chavez is an Organizational Development professional with over twenty years of experience working with leaders in the private and public sectors to systemically address human and organizational performance challenges. Ms. Chavez has both a theoretical understanding and broad-based experience implementing a wide array of solutions focusing on: strategic alignment processes; professional development practices; competency based performance systems, and value-added measurement models.
She has held leadership positions with the Beaufort County School District (South Carolina), AT&T Corporation, Michigan Bell Telephone Company, and Wilson Learning Corporation. Sandra is passionate about using the McBassi People Index to help school district's improve student learning by focusing on the people-related processes and practices that are the key drivers of student achievement.
