The McBassi People Index process includes the following steps:
Deploy McBassi's "smarter" employee survey to determine people management strengths and weaknesses (in your organization's work, leadership, and learning envirornment) across business functions, units, regions and job categories.
Using statistical techniques, McBassi will link measures of your key business results to variations in people management within your organization. This step identifies the unique people management drivers that are critical to your business results.
