3M needed to develop a business case to determine whether or not to make a major investment in an enterprise learning management system (LMS). We worked with them to: delineate a 3-tier set of metrics against which success of the LMS could be measured; identify the key questions to be answered by business units in developing the business case; design an electronic survey to be administered to all business units to elicit the necessary information, and; compile the resultant information within a coherent and powerful framework.
