Accenture was seeking ways to grow its human capital consulting business by providing value-added measurement tools to its clients. McBassi worked with Accenture's Institute for Strategic Change to develop a comprehensive scorecard for measuring the quality of an organization's people management in a way that could be linked to business results. These tools were then made available to consultants throughout the organization.
