Alcan, Primary Metals Group
As it was launching a comprehensive human resource management strategy, Alcan Primary Metals Group (APMG) realized that it needed to develop a set of baseline human capital metrics that it could use both to guide its strategy and measure its success over the course of several years. With that in mind, APMG asked McBassi to implement the HCC Scorecard (now McBassi People Index®) among its senior management team. The findings that emerged from the Scorecard were used to determine funding priorities for APMG’s HR funding priorities over a 2 to 3 year time period.
