American Bankers Association
The American Bankers Association was seeking ways to enhance its services to its members, while establishing itself as a thought leader in the industry.
McBassi worked with the Executive Director of ABA's Professional Development Group to implement a modified version of the HCC Scorecard (now the McBassi People Index®) within 17 financial institutions. The findings of this study, including the positive statistical links between people-related factors and financial outcomes within the 17 participating banks, served as the foundation for ABA's first-ever Chief Learning Officer Summit.
