The Financial Services Skills Council (FSSC-U.K.) was seeking a way both to add value to its members and to establish itself as a thought leader within the financial services industry.
McBassi implemented the McBassi People Index® within four major financial services organizations, carrying the analysis all the way down to the level of branches and sales offices. The analysis identified the key human capital drivers of financial performance that were common to all four organizations, as well as those that were specific to each of the participating firms.
The results were used both by the firms and by FSSC for shaping their subsequent human capital investment strategies.
