Medscheme, South Africa's largest medical insurance administrator, sought a better understanding of the factors that were driving employee commitment among employees who are key representatives of the organization – its
call center employees. It implemented the HCC Scorecard (now McBassi People Index®) at all of its call centers and used the results to target improvements in those human capital areas that are linked most closely with employee commitment.
