NAS needed to strengthen its business solutions for working
with arts organizations across the country to improve their human capital
management.
McBassi worked with the CEO of National Arts Strategies (NAS) to implement a modified version of the HCC Scorecard (now the McBassi People Index®) within 7 highly innovative arts organizations. After collecting and analyzing the data, McBassi's findings provided empirical documentation of both the strengths and weaknesses of the human capital management within the arts.
