P&H Mining has made "Investing in P&H Employees" one of its major strategic initiatives, and needed to develop a roadmap to ensure that its investments have maximum business impact.
Working with the Senior VP for HR at P&H Mining, McBassi deployed the HCC Scorecard (now the McBassi People Index®) as to collect the necessary data, and then analyzed it and linked the results to key business outcomes (safety and intermediate financial measures). The results were used by P&H to improve its outcomes by creating a more productive work environment, through the application of McBassi's prioritized, fact-based, and division-specific recommendations.
