The Development Division of Revenue Canada needed to create a strategic plan for purchasing and implementing a learning management system throughout Revenue Canada. McBassi implemented a series of workshops to develop shared understanding among stakeholders, agreement upon priorities, identification of realistic time frames, and approval of a final project plan.
