Robbins-Gioia needed a measurement methodology to help its client, U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection, in its strategic human capital planning process. McBassi partnered with Robbins-Gioia staff on a collaborative project to implement McBassi's Human Capital Capability Scorecard (now the McBassi People Index®) in the Office of Information Technology at Customs. McBassi was responsible for all aspects of HCC Scorecard implementation and analysis, within the framework of internal project management provided by Robbins-Gioia.
