Saba needed an economic analysis to help it develop the business case for its key product category - learning management systems. McBassi undertook an analysis of the central demographic and economic forces that create the business need for such systems, and identified the key business drivers that are most directly affected though improved management of learning. Summarizing its results, McBassi prepared a white paper that has been widely circulated, and presented its findings in a series of seminars throughout the world.
