The British government needed a way to determine what policies were most likely to improve student success rates within its vast system of Further Education (FE) Colleges. McBassi implemented the McBassi People Index® within a group of five U.K. FE Colleges.
By linking the HCC Scorecard scores to measures of student achievement, McBassi was able to identify the key human capital drivers that are common across these colleges, as well as those that are unique to each of the colleges. The resulting reports gave guidance to the British government in setting its budget priorities, as well as to each of the participating FE Colleges for their HR and training strategies.
