U.S. Bureau of Customs and Border Protection
In response to criticism from the U.S. General Accounting Office regarding the lack of a strategic human capital management plan for the organization, the Office of Information Technology (OIT) at U.S. Customs and Border Patrol contracted with McBassi to implement the HCC Scorecard (now the McBassi People Index®) framework among both employees and contractors.
McBassi collected and analyzed all data, producing a report that documented the organization's strengths and weaknesses and provided a prioritized set of fact-based recommendations for achieving better organizational results through improved human capital management and development.
