The World Bank needed a system for calculating the total cost of a wide array of its training interventions. McBassi worked collaboratively with World Bank officials to design a system for capturing the true cost of training, thereby laying the foundation for the Bank to begin to rationalize its training cost and improve the cost-effectiveness of its programs.
