When FAS (Ireland's National Training and Employment Authority) needed help in creating a compelling call to action for Irish employers, it turned to the McBassi People Index. McBassi created a national benchmarking process and linked measures of employers’ human capacity to business results. Each participating employer received a customized benchmarking report, and McBassi’s CEO presented the findings and implications at FAS’ national conference.
